I found the boots I needed quickly, and the staff was super nice to me. i always appreciate when shopping feels easy like that.

"I had a really smooth time shopping..."
I had a really smooth time shopping on the Dover Saddlery site. Compared to a few other places I’ve tried, it was much easier to find the boots I wanted and check the sizing info without getting frustrated. Checkout was quick, and the pages loaded well on my phone, which I really appreciated

"Order came in right, just a bit slow"
I was in a good mood when the package finally showed up, and thankfully everything I ordered was there and in the right sizes. It did take a little longer than I expected, but there were no mix-ups or issues, so overall I’m happy with it.

The stuff itself is really solid quality, and I don’t have complaints about the product. That said, a few things around the experience left me feeling a bit unsure, so my trust isn’t quite where it was at the start

I had a good experience browsing here. There was a solid selection of tack and gear, and I didn’t have to spend forever searching around. I found what I needed easily, which always makes shopping a lot less frustrating

I had to reach out to Dover Saddlery because my order was missing one small item, they were easy to deal with. I was expecting it to take forever, but someone got back to me quickly.
They looked into the order, apologized, and sent the missing item out without making it a big ordeal. It was nice to talk to an actual person who helped right away. I’d definitely order from them again.

"My order actually showed up sooner..."
My order actually showed up sooner than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The only thing was the tracking didn’t really update as fast as I thought it would, so I was kind of guessing for a bit... but yeah, overall shipping was quick.

"Super easy exchange"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots and thought the return process might be a pain. Not at all. Got the return label really easily, sent them back, and my exchange showed up quicker than I expected. Customer service replied fast when I had a question too. No hassle. No drama. Definitely appreciated.

I ordered a pair of riding boots and some breeches, the whole process was super easy. The size chart was actually helpful, and both items fit way better than I expected. I didn’t have to deal with any exchanges or guesswork, which was such a relief. Everything fit great right out of the box, so I’m really happy with the order.

I was able to find the saddle pads I was looking for, and most of the colors were in stock... just one was sold out. Checkout was simple enough, no issues there. I'd definitely order again

"Pretty good prices overall"
It’s worth checking out. A lot of the stuff is priced really well, though not everything is the cheapest, so you kind of have to pay attention. I’ve found some good deals, then other times I’m like, wait, this is the same price somewhere else. Still, overall, I think it’s worth it
